Trying New Things #interestinglifestyle

I have been home for a while, and it has been great. I have spent some quality time with my lovely family and I have reconnected with some old friends. Soon, I will be starting a job at the coolest sports store in Canada. (I AM SO EXCITED TO START MY NEW JOB WHOOOAAO! hahaha) I am also trying to raise support to continue being a full-time missionary with YWAM. Which can be stressful somedays however, I know that God will provided:)  #yayforaGodthatcares
So, I am basically living the Canadian/Missionary dream. #mapleandJesus

I recently decided that I never want to become boring, in fact I want to be the most interesting person alive haha! Just because I am living in a small town right now, doesn't mean I have to fall into the same, old, boring routines. Life is too short not to have fun all the time! #YOLO So, to help me stay interesting and spice up schedule, I am going to try one new thing a week!

This week, I decided that I wanted to challenge my coking skills and try out a new recipe. So, I explored Pinterest and found two recipes that looked great: Chicken, Butternut Squash and Quinoa Stew and French dinner rolls. (spoiler alert…mmhhmm it was a super tasty meal)

So, if anyone wants a healthy meal thats great for fall/winter, I recommend this! It was so delicious and not super complicated to make. :)

My favourite part about making this meal was getting to learn how to make bread! I can't believe I made my own bread! haha I was nervous that my dinner rolls would not turn out good but was I ever wrong! They were extremely great. For some reason making these french dinner rolls felt like a huge accomplishment; I am actually pretty impressed with myself. haha ;)
